What is REFLEXOLOGY?
REFLEXOLOGY is a specialist massage of REFLEX points on the foot and hands which results in reduction of nervous tension, improvement of circulation and stimulation of the body’s own healing forces. Reflexology balances bodily functions, calms areas which are over-active and stimulates areas which are under-active. Reflex is an involuntary response to a stimulus. The Reflex Points treated on the feet and hands relate via energy zones to the organs and systems of the body.
