Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to AlphaDerma. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while I understand that sometimes your schedule may change, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or any changes to your appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

I will confirm your appointment by email 72 hours before and by text 24 hours before, because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

If you do not give sufficient notice, the following cancellation fees will apply:

– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

On the rare occasions that we might have to cancel your appointment due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you again as soon as possible and re-arrange the appointment for a mutually agreeable time.
